I am planning on buying some shocks tommorow for my ST. If I can't find these Rancho shocks locally, is there a similar shock for about the same price that performs as well? ($55ea) My ST is an 02.

Thanks

UPDATE-I found the RS5000s locally and installed them yesterday. What a world of difference!

do u have a lift at all on your truck ?

Not yet. I am planning on doing TT and shackles when I get back from vacation (about 3 weeks). I know that these shocks are fine with this lift as I had a friend who had an ST with the same lift and shocks. Actually his lift was 2" in the front and I'm only going 1.75 because mine is 4x4 and his wasnt.

Try procomp shocks, they might have some that will work.

i need new shocks mine make noise and stuff i think idk but i might try them

Go with Monroe Reflex if you can't fine the Ranchos.

Try procomp shocks, they might have some that will work.
If you get Pro Comps just make sure all the small parts are there. I ordered some for my previous ST. Most of the small parts (bolts, crosspins) weren't there and one front shock was defective right out of the box. After messing with them and getting frustrated I finally gave up and went to Sears and got Monroes and sent the Pro Comps back for a refund.

I edited my first post. I found the Ranchos locally. They are in my truck.
