alternator or ground wire trouble

My Ford Explorer 2006 is dead. Took alternator in to get it checked and its fine. Thinking of looking at ground wire next. Any suggestions? Maybe the fuse? 175A

Check the battery. Better yet, just get a new one, or at least try a new one in there and see if it works. A battery more than 6-7 years old generally needs to be replaced if there are ANY starting issues. If it's the original battery, get a new one now.
