Aluminum heads with stock intake 96 5.0

I searched and found a couple of mentions of aluminum heads on the explorers but no real descriptions. Are the aftermarket aluminum heads a direct bolt on to the explorer 5.0? will the intake still fit? Is any one running aluminum heads any input would be greatly appricated. I am going to do a trans go stage 2 in the next month or two and then will be gathering the parts for the engine I plan on running TM headers intake spacer, cam (have not decided on grind yet) roller rockers and aluminum heads I keep seeing them on craigslist for really cheap and think they would really match the headers and why not do them at the same time.

The intake will match up, you need to decide on heads before you order headers though since some flanges are different.
