I've got a 98 xlt (mostly stock). I just bought the q-logic 10in custom box to fit back in the pouch area. I have a Rockford punch 240a amp that I am trying to find a home for. I looked under the front 2 seats, but I'm not 100% sure that they will fit. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks in advance

I'm not sure on how much room is in the back quarter panel where your putting the box, but you could try to put the amp in the panel foward of the box.....

I mounted mine under the rear passenger side seat.

Good luck.........

Under passenger bench seat in back...get yourself some strips of aluminum and go to town for mounting. I also mounted my inverter under rear passenger seat...

Do you have some pics?

Thanks.....

I couldn't tell if there was enough room under the rear pass seat, I mean when you lower the seat. As far as putting it forward of the box, I have my alpine XM reciever mounted there.

You could mount it on the back of one of the rear seats, or make a flat panel to go over the back wheel well, carpet it and mount it to the side trim

Your '98 has a single windsheild washer reservoir doesn't it? If so you could mount the amp under the other panel. I thought about converting my 96 to a single reservoir and doing somingthing with both panels.
2 12s or 4 8's would be nice:)
