Another BL question

My friend and I are gonna tackle both of our vehicles in putting on a BL. I have a 95' and would like to know what I need. Fill me in on what is needed to do 2" over 3". Also, I know you have to order some weird kit and modify it. If possible, what kit, and maybe even what exactly do I need to modify?? I would love to have everything already ready when I'm going to install. Any help would be appreciated. Oh yeah...........My buddie's truck is a 2001 F250...so any help on that would help too.
