Another Brake Thread

My brakes are being ridiculous and definitely need to be changed TOMORROW... Uhh yeah they moan when stopping and I am not sure about this but when im going any speed under 50 mph I hear scraping sounds of metal and metal.

Anyways I don't want to put my truck in the shop soooooo anyone have a how-to on how to change the brake rotors and pads front and back? I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
