I have an '94 limited 4.0 that has trouble startin' after it sits 8 or more hours.One day it'll start first try next you have to turn on and off until pressure builds. I've replaced fuel pump , strainer , filter, pressure regulator , and to no avail . Fuel lines are good no leaks. Also , pressure check within specs. But, after a couple hours pressure drops . Once it starts , it usually has no problems. I started it this morning and had to pressure it up , once it started it ran rich and kept stallin' out . But, after awhile it ran ok. Also , ran codes and got a code 327 egr sensor. Could this have somthing to do with rich problem ?
