Another Intake ?

Ok just did a search and got most of my questions answered and i think i am ready to order the kkm intake. My question is does a new intake tube make a big enough difference for me to get the kn or mac intake. PLEASE let me know your thoughts on this. T

its basically looks if going for a chromed out tube... performance is about the same.... however, a kkm will greatly imrove the performance over a stock or plain chrome tube that uses the restrictive airbox
