Hi everyone,
Glad I found this forum. I'm a lifelong Ford driver/owner. I have a 78 Country Squire, a 2004 Mustang GT, 1994 thunderbird, 1997 Thunderbird, 1985 Mercury Capri, and now I've Kinda adopted my girlfriends 00 Explorer. So I've joined the ranks here. Glad to be aboard :)

Thanks everyone. I'll get some pics up soon.

Also I should state that the explorer is a 4.0 4x4. Or is it considered an AWD?

Thanks speedracer!
Here you go. If anyone know where I can get a good price on 2 of the "snowflake" (thats what they look like to me) wheels for the explorer, and a drivers front turn signal lens please shoot me a PM. Thanks!

The 85 Capri is a project my so and I are going to work on. He's 11 so we have several years. That car is all original, just wore out original. But its unmolested and totally rust free so its a great project.

The 78 wagon I've basically had since 1992. Originally I bought a 77 in 92 with a 460, 4 wheel disc brake and a towing package and power everything. It was very rusty. I drove the car to san diego when I moved there in 1994. I happened on the 78 which is pretty much rust free, but had a blown motor. So I swapped the drive train, and boxed up every extra part I could salvage. I have all kinds of plans for the wagon, but Im not taking off one bolt until I'm ready to go at it full bore.

Also included are my 04 mustang and 97 Tbird. The Stang is my DD, and I really love that Tbird, but my girlfriend drives it most of the time. I've done a lot of work to the bird, its a great car. One of my favorites.

My only plans for the explorer right now are to get a matching set of wheels on it, replace the turn signal and do basic maintenence and maybe some new shocks. Thanks in advance for any advice.

I love the wagon Super. I want one so i can put a hell've system in it. My wife wont let me put one in the ex cause it's our DD. My brother had a V8 bird like yours same color and all man I miss that car. He had a 86 Bird as his first car someone stole it and took it to the scrap yard. The police caught him though. Man we put some love into that 86. All Rockford System custom midnight blue paint with the metallic flake in it yea, good old 90's
