Another "O/D Off" Blinking Problem

Every morning (or when the truck has been sitting for several hours), my '96 Explorer feels like it's going to explode. When I put it in reverse, several seconds pass and then the "O/D Off" indicator begins blinking. This is followed by the truck finally shifting into reverse and shaking like it's going to blow. I put it back in park, turn off the engine, restart the truck, then put it in reverse again. Though there is a delay before it shifts to reverse, the light does not come back on, and the shaking does not happen. It drives fine until the next morning. This is a daily ritual. Any ideas???? My idea would be to take it in and get it looked at. I had the O/D light thing twice....first was replaced by a whole reman. tranny from ford, second was a rebuld. Get it looked at before you end up destoying more components.
