Another rear wiper problem...

I have a different problem that the guy that has his wiper go on and off.
My wiper will not turn on at all. The fluid wont come out either. That tells me that it might be a fuse or the switch might be bad. I was looking in the manuel to see what fuse the rear wiper might be on but im not sure. I also asked two auto parts guys and they couldnt figure out witch fuse it was either...its not normally to figure out what fuse is for what, but the manuel is not clear for my vehicle. Anyways I drive a 2000 V8 AWD Eddie Bauer if that makes any difference. Any idea what fuse it is? I want to try that fisrt before I look at/ replace the switch. Thanks,

the manual for my 2k1 shows the fuse panel under the hood and when i pop the hood the pciture doesnt match at all. not even close. i was jst goingto pull the fuse for mine because i dont want it dragging dry but had no idea which one to pull out. let me know if you figure it out so i can disable mine for the time being
