Another Torsion Twist Post............

Yes I did a search. It didnt answer the question I had.

I ordered the copperhead shackles for the rear and plan on doing the torsion twist to the front (hoping to get 2" out of it). I will be making a you tube how-to on both.

I know that if you raise the front too much (more than 2"?) it will cause the CV joints to bind. So lets get to the question.

2" lift front and about a 3" lift in the rear. If im pulling my trailer which is a 14 footer or so with 3 ATV's on it would the trailer cause the front to lift to the point where I should be worried about the CV joints?

I'm guessing if you are pulling enough weight to lift the front, you may want to look into a weight distribution hitch. or a bigger tow vehicle.
I personally would never tow an overloaded rig. it's dangerous.
but then again, I could be misunderstanding the question...

IMHO try putting the trailer on it before the lift and see how it handles/reacts. if it doesn't feel safe or is draggin you're butt down, I would suggest avoiding it.

Not a huge amount of weight. Its a flatbed trailer that we use to haul around 3 atv's. My uncles mazda mpv 3.0 4x4 with 200,000 miles on it can pull the trailer with 2 quads on it. My 3.0 ranger might be able to but I really dont wanna try.
