Anti theft issues

ok my question is this u just had my fuel pump and filter replaced on my 1999 Ford Explorer but my anti theft light is blinking really fast and sometimes my vehicle will start and others it won't what could the problem be

pats module is freaking out, best bet is to disable pats by reprogramming the ecu
