I recently pulled the motor out of my 2002 explorer. Replaced timing and cam chains. Got the motor back in went to start it and now the theft light is flashing fast and motor will not turn over. I have three keys. And one key fob. At the time of starting it nobly had one key with me. I plan on using another key tonight and the fob. Just wanting to know if there is another way to reset the theft system. Thanks in advance.

A mobile locksmith and or Forscan might be your answer.

check over your grounds especially near the battery

thats odd that anti theft is freaking out it shouldnt with just an engine swap
