Antifreeze/coolant change

Hi every.
Going to do a coolant change on my car soon as it looks manky! is there anything special in the way of antifreeze or will the normal blue stuff be fine.
Also is it a nice 50/50 mix of water and antifreeze?

50/50 never hurts mate- I dont think you need anything special- its been a while since I did that job....I may be wrong!
A trick I use is to flush it with a hose pipe- on the top hose and let it run out the bottom hose till it clear- that way you get all the waterways flushed also.
