First let me give you the history of the vehicle before I tell you the problem. 94' Sport with 99,000 miles on engine. Had the engine top end redone at 78,000 miles. Runs great, starts the first time and every time. Problem is I took it to one of those oil change places last week because I don't have room in my garage since I just move to do it myself and they tell me there is antifreeze in the oil. I might loose a pint of antifreeze every 3000' miles. But would there not be other signs such as the engine missing or white foam on the dipstick when I pull it out. I'm not going to get rid of the truck even if the motor is going bad, I'll just drop a new one in it but I don't want to be out running around when it decides to go south. Any insight into this would be welcome. Thanks

Tim

I'm not the expert but anytime there is antifreeze in your oil it can mean a cracked block. I don't know how to check for this and I can't give you any advise, sorry. This is just what I know.

Or it could be a bad headgasket, in any event it's not a small problem. Dead Link Removed
