2014 Explorer Sport
My 2014 Explorer Sport passenger front door is out of alignment. It opens and closes fine but sits too high and is titled in (ie you can see the inner front fender in the front and in the rear the plastic molding sticks out 1/4" from the rear door (not flush).

I took it in to the Ford dealer and they don't do body work and referred me to an auto body down the road. I took it there and they didn't know if it could be adjusted and they want me to give it to them for a whole day later in February to "see" if anything can be done.

As NEWPORTNJ posted, this is Ford's issue to fix. If your dealer is unable to correct it, make sure that they obtain the approval from Ford before you take it anywhere to get it fixed. They will likely require pictures of the problem which your dealer can look after. Contact Crystal (FordService) by sending her a private message.
