well I am a new explorer owner, having a mustang and a Nissan 240sx I have been able to find factory service manuals online, but I cannot find anything for my 97 explorer. Does anyone know where I can get this. Or if you know anywehere I can get sections relating to evap system that would help, as I just came across a p0455 code which is large evap leak, which I have found to commonly be associated with a faulty gas cap, however mine seems to be fine (i will indeed change it to make sure it is not simple as a gas cap. at any rate it would be nice to have this information available. Its not like we here own the worlds bestselling SUVs, and yet I can find a complete manual for a cult classic such as the 240sx. hrmph. thanks for any help/links. btw searched all over for one so I donno. o and looking for a downloadable one. I'm sure i can spend 800 bux to get one sent to me.

One thing I wish I had found before I first removed the Intake Manifold to replace the o-rings on my 02Sport......It gives you a few more tips/steps to things that a Haynes or Chiltons manual don't......
