Anybody know how to remove the panel where the winshield defroster button is?

I have several dummy buttons located here and would like to use one for an aux light switch. I'm just wondering how you remove this panel.

I was thinking about putting a USB input there, just to charge my phone. Post some photos after youre done. Anyways, I found this video. I hope it helps.
