Anyone from Houston?

I'm sorta new, but just bought my first 4x4. I hang out at spring creek with some buddies, and plan on going this weekend.
I'd like to get around a few other explorers, ask questions, show and tell, get some hints or tricks.
Anyway, just currious.

I used to live outside Houston about 35 miles northeast in Harris County. But I did not drive the Explorer back then. I moved out of Texas in 95 to be near my family here in California. I first got my first 1993 Explorer in 1998.

what's your plans for your truck? I see you've got a 91, got alot to work with there.

Working on another thread tring to figure out which way to accomplish this.....there are many different ways.

SOA? Shackles and add-o-leaf? So on and so forth......never done it before so anything you can add lemme know.

if you have questions about lifts and such, it's much easier to see one that's been lifted than looking at pictures on the net.

I live west of Houston, Katy area. Anyone in Houston know how to change the odometer out from one cluster to another or how to roll back the mileage? The other day my odometer went out on my current cluster so I bought a cluster out of a 96 explorer but the mileage is twice what my truck is. If anyone knows how to I am willing to pay because I really want to get my truck back on the road. Thanks
