The shackles will get you 2". If you want a little more you could do an add a leaf as well as the warriors and that'll get you almost 4". 2 from the shackles and 1.75 from the aal.
Close to 4" over its current state if you are lucky, meaning if you are sagging an 1inch or so in the back it will still match the 2" TT in the front. I have an AAL and shackles and its slightly higher in the back mainly because I only got 1.25" of TT, if my bolts didn't bottom out it would be even...
I highly recommend an AAL, at least with my experiences with one in the 2 and 4 door explorers I find it makes the ride much firmer and controlled. Before the ride was mushy and bouncy, I find it stays much more controlled over dips in the road now,
