Anyone interested in a Dana 35 TTB E-clip eliminator spring...

I have contacted a local spring manufacture to see about getting a spring made for the E-clip eliminator modification in the Dana 28 and Dana 35 TTB axles.

Depending on price, I am looking to see how many would be interested in purchasing a spring already setup. It would be ready for installation without any modification to the spring.

The spring would be 2" long (depending on feedback from users who have done the mod) and 1-1/4" inner diameter. I will take advice as to the strength of the spring.


Let me know so I can get a count on the # of springs for a production run.

Ditto here.. having that c-clip in there is what is holding me up fixing the axle seal.

Does anyone have an actuall diagram of where this spring and clip are located, I read the article on TRS, but am still interested in more info.

It goes in the 2 axle half's that are on the passenger side axle shaft.
