I'm going to need to change out my struts as they leaked out all the oil in the rear one's about two years ago. Are there any good holiday deals out there or huge rebates that you know of. I just assume changing out the complete assembly rather than deal with the springs. Would you go with Monroe or some other manufacturer?

Syber, did you buy them new? If so, locally and with a receipt? Monroe warrants against leaking and even "wear out" to the original buyer, but not R&R costs. If required, returning defective struts to Monroe may also be cost prohibitive due to shipping and weight. My past experience has been excellent with Monroe honoring warranty. This may be very worthwhile for you to contact your seller or Monroe direct. GL

Just FYI, Monroe and Rancho "usually" have rebates twice a year. Google for details.

I haven't bought struts yet....just trying to find out what brand everyone recommends and to find out what's the best deal for them. I can wait if need be but thought perhaps there was a holiday special going on somewhere. Hopefully, I can find a great price if I buy 4 of the premium Monroe strut assembles to cover the front an rear.

Watch Rockauto. I've seen them 40% off.
