Anyone know what the bumper height regulations are in Illinois?

Anyone know what the bumper height regulations are in Illinois? I am going to do the spring spacers and shackle thing , and get a 3" body lift, but will I have to lower my bumpers? A friend of mine has a 89 bronco, and he has a tall body lift on with th bumpers lowered, and it looks horrible!! I dont want my Explorer to look like that! So any help I can get Will be appreciated, thanks

That wont be enough to be too tall, however when Kampy, Riffman and I were heading back from Attica Kampy got pulled over and he was just over the limit running like 8" lift and 35's

I think it's like 24 in the front, and 26 or 27 in the rear... just lift the bumpers with the body lift and you'll be fine. It took me over 9in in my 91 sport to get pulled over.
