Anyone know where i can find instructions - motor swap?

I am swapping my 2002 Explorer Motor with another one from a different Explorer..

Was wondering if anyone knew any sites or how-to videos on this..

Im also going toprob swap out the tranny.. but thats a different thing..

If they are the same year, then just pick up a Chilton's manual from any Auto part store because it will be a direct swap.
