Anyone know where I can find instrux or pics of installing OEM cross bars to my 04 roof rack?

Ive been searching and haven't found any luck with locating instructions, videos or anything with regards to putting on OEM cross bars on my Ford Explorer (2004). If anyone has pics or guidance, it would be most appreciated. Thanks!!!

Nevermind - after looking at the crossbars and the part on the end, it just worked out smoothly...
