Anyone know where to wheel in Lexington ky?

I've got a 92 X with 31's
just traded my ranger for it about 2 months ago

i want to know if there are any places to wheel within 30 minutes of Lexington. I go to UK and i'd liek to fourwheel some weekends I am from eastern KY and there were no shortage of mountains but it's mostly flat here. 8-(

i'll get some pics up soon.
It'll have a lift and 33's after i work this summer.


what are some opinions about wether to do a 4" suspension lift VS. shackles, coilspacers, and body lift.

the cost is significant but is the total suspension lift worth it?

Try a search on a site like www.dirtfirst.com or www.about.com sure it will get you started on your way..Good luck.
BTW..I started with a 2"BL and 2" suspension. The difference is handling and travel. If you are going to do it, spend the extra money and get a suspension lift. You will be much happier. Click on Fl Ex Club below, you will find before and after shots of my ride and what would stick it at 4" and 31's and what it will do with 7.5" and 35's.

Hey Jason, do have a friends like to do some offroading? I live in Huntington WV i go to Marshall, so i'm just about 2 hours away. I've got a friend and do a good bit of off roading up my way. If have some friends that like it and you found some places around your area or would like to come up here, just let me know. I'd like to try somewhere new!

i'll let you know if i find some good places down here. I haven't found much yet but i'm sure there are places. It's just a matter of finding the people who know about them.
I may come up there and fourwheel with you sometime if you have some good places to go.

We have some pretty good places, alot of mud holes if that's what you like. I always let my buddy go through them just so i can watch him get his J$$p messed up! But let me know sometime man!
