anyone lift there X with stock tires?

I just bought my 2000 Explorer V8 E/B as my daily driver, I wouldnt mind lifting it a little bit, I was thinking 2 inches in the rear and 1 inch on the front but I dont want to change the tires since they are brand new.
My question is would it look stupid if I did the 2and1 inch lift with the stock tires? has anyone done it? any pics? Or am I better of keeping it stock ride height?

What size are you running? I forget if the E/B came with the 30.5" tires?It should look fine eitherway, it only starts to look wierd when you put about 3-5" of lift on it and run stock tires. But personally I like the look of larger wheel well clearence; it will make it look more truck like.
