Anyone recognize this part and perhaps a source for it?

I certainly will let you know how it turns out. I ordered the part from Karl last week and my paypal payment should clear tomorrow ( screwed up and used bank account instead of CC). As soon as I get the part from him and a new O ring for where the lower assembly meets the block (Does Karl have new parts like O rings too) I am putting her all back together and flushing the radiator while I am at it. I had to drain the rad. so may as well run some cleaner through and flush it with water and refill with a 70/30 mixture in case the temp plummets here in Tennessee. While it is empty I guess I should change all the water hoses that are questionable. Any generics for these aside from the dealer on the little funky ones? I know upper and lower are at most parts places but what else needs to be replaced? There is a little 2 inch one from the block to the lower thermostat housing as well as the O ring seal portion.

Well, my parts arrived from Karl very quickly I might add. Great deal and excellent quality. Put a new thermostat in and O ring for water output assembly and the thermostat cover. Put new manifold gasket on upper and lower intake and it runs great. Backflushed and refilled with coolant and so far so good.
