Anyone Replaced a Rag Joint??

My rag joint at the steering box is loose and looks pretty worn. I have bought another rag joint and wanted to know if there are any special tools that I need or suggestions on putting it on? It looks pretty straight forward, but you never know. Thanks.

I was going to do it, but its a drill out old/bolt in replacement, so I just picked up a better shaft from the yard..

There were a couple threads about it a few weeks to a month ago.. and I think one person actually did it.. (I want to say its 410fortune, but I'm not sure).

I was going to, but found a near new shaft at the junkyard for $20, so I went that route. both of my rag joints were bad though.
