apten chip ?

How much did the apten chip cost you guys? the web site says $325 is taht a set price or do they price out on the things u want the chip 2 do?

That's the price you get it for. You just tell them what you want, and they'll do it.

~Single program chip for naturally aspirated cars (non-supercharged): $299
~4 program chip with factory position switch for N/A cars: $325

i tink teh first one is good but has anyone done the second?

I went with the dual program (87/91). Had it several months now and have only used one tank of 87. I definitely like the way she runs with 91 better. Too bad gas prices are where they are.

Unless you are planning on throwing out a lot of cash for engine mods (supercharger, cam, etc), I would go with SCT and get their Superchips Tuner before I would get another Apten. The guy that did all the great programming for Apten is now with SCT. Its not the brand name of the chip that really matters, its the program written to the chip or tuner - and Brian is the best I've seen. Here is a link:
