I was just wondering what kind of a performance increase this chip produces. I understand that the programmer is as important as the chip by reading some of the threads. With a chip programmed by a good programmer, what kind of performance increase would I get with my 4.0 liter??

Thanks :D

12-15 H.P maybe but modifying the trannie shift points and the way it shifts are the best bennies IMO

Exactly what he said and more. The main difference will be in the driveability, especially with the 4.0. The 4.0 has alot of potential for mid range power that the factory hasn't tuned for. Where this maynot raise the top end numbers alot it can raise them in the mid range where daily driving is most felt. Who stays at WOT everytime they touch the gas, besides my wife ;). The biggest difference would be in the mid range torque and power from my chips/tuners along with some high rpm's gains as well. I can also do the normal stuff like raising the rev and speed limiters and getting rid of that neutrul limiter, also on auto's improving the shifting fell can mean a world of difference.

If you'd like more info then please email me at BamaChips@charter.net and we'll go from there.

Thanks, Doug904.
