Noticed that one the bottom of the rear quarters and a few other places there appears to be some type of clear bra that is covering the paint. (94 Limited) It is weird because it appears to be the same color as the paint.

Does anyone else have this on their Limited? Was this installed from the factory? Are there Ford Part Numbers for this?

Thanks

Yep. Have it on mine. Not sure what it is. Though some of mine has been erased by rocks/trees:D

Yeah it was put on factory. All the 1st gens I've seen have it. I'm sure it was to protect the rockers & sides from off road duty.

Yea there is a part number but only place i know of that can get it is a body shop. When my ranger got wrecked the first time, the body shop put on the estimate that they are "rock gaurds" or something like that

So is it clear or same color?

It appears these are the same color as the body paint. Anyone have the part numbers for these on a Green 94 Limited?
