I am planning an audiobahn based system for a friend using the A1500HCX 2000w @ 1ohm amp... I have questions for any of you experienced with this amp...
1) What guage wire do the power terminals accept? 4Ga?
2) How many amps of current does the amp draw? I need to know so I cand find a high amp alternator for the BMW pronto...
3) Will two of the AW120Q in parrallel hit hard? They will both be getting 500w obviously, and that is their max rated power... I am planning on putting them in about a .85 cu ft box each... but audiobahn's box spec sheets kinda suck.
Thanks to all you audiobahn gurus out there.

1/0 gauge (for over 1100Watts) plus, a whole bunch of electrical upgrades. 4gauge for under 1100, with a big fuse also.

Lots probally 100-150amps if your running it @ 2ohms doing 1000ish watts, get a D class, no cap

What subs do you have, do you already have the Audiobahns? Single 4ohms? Audiobahns are for stright SPL and like big boxes. Get back to me...
