I've been doing some investigation on changing from Auto Hubs to Manuals. I haven't pulled my Autos apart yet but they are suspect for the 'banging' I'm getting in 4WD.
Anyway, what I found as far as the Spindle Nut kit that you will need IF you chnage from Autos to Manuals is that WARN has a Part number #27997 for this kit. I also found that Warn #32720 Superceded that 27997 number.
ALSO.. All older ('77-'87) Full sized Chevy 4WD vehicles use this same Spindle nut set.
So you may be able to save some coin in buying the standard spindle nut set for the chevy rather then buying this 'special' WARN kit. NAPA#6301654 x 2 is the standard Chevy spindle nut set.
BTW; Warn concurs with all these part numbers and vehicles that it will fit.
