auto shifter geting stuck

guys. I have 04 auto, limited.
Just recenly automatic transission shifter started to get stuck when going lets say from park to drive.After few tries it shifts. it doesn't do it all the time. Any idea what that could be? It has 60K miles on it

Im not sure if the 2004 is similar to the 2000 but I was expieriencing the same problem. It felt like the shifter was loose and I found a bolt on the floor of the drivers side.

I stuck my head down by the brake and gas pedal to look under the steering wheel. I saw where there was supposed to be two bolts holding the shifter into place but one had already fallen out and the other was extremely loose. I tightened them up and havent had any problems in a couple years.
