I have a 95 Explorer Limited with automatic air-ride suspension. I need to replace the front shocks, as it acts like a porpoise. The best price I can find it about $400 for the pair. I see Edelbrock Bilstein shock are highly recommended for the ride quality. Are there excellent air-ride shocks like Edelbrock or Bilstein available for less? Anyone have experience at installing these air-ride shocks themselves?
