automatic ride control ?

Hi guys,

I just picked up a 98 xlt. I'm searching for shocks and I'm wondering how do I know if mine has the air ride / auto ride? I climbed under it and the shocks look like regular shocks but I dont know if I'm missing something.

Thanks! I tried a search before posting the question but didn't find anything. I don't think mine has that...should make the shock replacement cheaper hopefully
