Aux input jack/Power point outlets-no power

both aux power outlets and aux input jack for MP3 player are powerless.
Fuses #21 and#25 under the hood are intact.
 












what about the fuses above your left foot... are there any in the cabin fuse panel that are blown... the under hood fuses rarely have anything to do with the interior
