Aux lights on Stock 2001 bumper???

Can i do this? I want to put two rectangular lights in the middle of my bumper. the problem is that the medal bumper(under the plastic) is square and tubular. I don't know how to bolt it down. any suggestions or can you help point me to a tread. i couldn't find one.

another question is can i replace just the lense on the stock round fog lights? mine explorer is used and the lenses were busted. close to $100 to replace the whole assembly.

Ya thats the spot, but my bumper looks bigger than yours. It sticks out from the grille farther. from what my step dad and i can tell the only way to do it is have like a piece of metal bolt down behind the bumper and then come out between the grille and bumper then just attach the lights to that. i thats not too confusing, but howd yours work out?
