Average time to install 00M12 Kit?

I'm getting ready to do the timing chain tensioner kit and I was wondering what was the average time that it has taken everyone to do this. I know I can get it done in a day but by reading the post on this it seems like it is a simple job and should only take a couple hours.

4 hours the first time, <2 hours next times.
you will put that kit in, then you will pull the timing case and do it properly in 2 days
then if your realy unlucky - you will pull the engine and do the rear in 6 days!

What would cause me to do all that?

I completed it in 4 hours, the idle is much better but it sounds like the rear chain is still rattling a little.
