You can also adjust...get new... make larger . .

the Rubber stops inside the hatch where the glass rests when you close it.
I have an 02 xlt - 2 x 12in Crossfires........they make everything inside the car move... those rubber glass stops were my culprit.

sorry, for the late reply, but if your emove the moulding and look at the latch that holds the glass, there are two bolts that hold it in place and the brckets on the latch are elongated so you can adjust it, just loosen them up and move the latch towards the front of the car and that will make the window close tighter. it takes a bit more effort to close it though

Thanks, it sounds nice and easy. I'll have to tear into it this weekend if I get a chance.

I don't want to move the bumpers because there is already enough of a gap to let water in. I'll check them though to make sure they're not torn up or something.

another thing i have yet to do is, the plastic hinges that hold the glass on that are connected to the glass with some hex screws, i have to put some foam tape or somthing inbetween the hinge and the glass cause it flexes enough to tap it and make enough noise to piss me off. Try pushing on the top of the glass on either side of the hinges and see if that stops the rattleing.
