bad cold idle

just got the truck back from the dinks at ford after an intake gasket and a new iac with gasket the thing still idles like **** and sometimes stalls in the cold any ideas?

I think I saw a TSB on AutoZones' web site about some thing in the computer
that needed recalibrated. I'll try to hunt it down.
