So I went to get my two right rims with curb rash fixed today. Cost me $180. I stopped by the gym and the grocery store on the way home and while on the phone with a buddy in my car at the grocery store I get a low tire warning. I pull my air compressor out the trunk and test the two right wheels that were worked on. Both perfectly fine. I make my way around the the left tires and find a nail in the front one :( . This was about 3 hours after I got it fixed so I doubt it happened at the shop. I'm really hoping my wheel troubles end here. Currently on a spare until I can find a place to patch it (hopefully) tomorrow on a Sunday. Anybody have any recommendations on places to go to? There's a pep boys nearby and the ford dealership isn't too far either.

Mom and Pop tire shop will patch it for a few bucks.
The big chains might try to tell you need a new tire (which could be true, but I trust mom and pop more than big chains or dealer).

Are these the polished aluminum rims?
Was it a good fix for rash?

Town Fair Tire (not sure if they are around you but one of the largest in the country) repairs flat tires for free.

Yea I have the polished aluminum. The rim repair has them looking brand new. Can't even see where the damage was. And I went to Pep Boys and slid one of the guys $15 to patch the tire real quick. Glad it was only a nail.

While we're on the topic though, the manual says I should be able to mount the flat tire to the back of the cargo area under the hatch. The wing bolt was definitely not long enough for this though. Anyone else have better luck?
