bad mpg?

i fill up my tank everyday with ten bucks... gas is now like 2.05 where i live and i get like 4.5 gallons if i'm lucky on most day recently.. i drive to work which is about 13 miles to work and then 13 miles back home... and by the time i get home.. i'm empty... i drive up a grade and back down.. my truck is lifted with 32's w/steel rims and its v8... is ten bucks supposed to be okay?

It's hard to say, if your paying $10 everyday to drive 26 miles and at the end of the day your almost empty? Id say your getting very poor mileage!

You also have a lift and 32's.

I pay about $20-$25 once a week, I have a 22 gallon tank.

Almost empty? is that a gauge reading?

You need to fill up and do a mileage check to know what you ar4e getting.

10 seems a bit excessive.... that 5 gallons by my count..... 5 gallons should not only get you 25 miles..... thats 5 mpg!!!!!!!

damm.. i dunno.. cause when i get home my "check guage" light lights up.. i forgot to say that i do about two miles of cruising before i get home and i'm crusin on the freeway at 70...

you sure somebody isn't syphoning your gas while you're working??? If not, there is definitely a problem...

3 words! Joing The Club! Although I am doing a little better at 12mpg. I'd definatly say you have a problem.
