Turn it down. :D Really I can't think of anything, or you could turn it up so you can't hear it. :D

Well i cant hear the rattle from the front seats but the people in the back can hear it and its horrible from the outside... would dynamat fix this or what?

hey i just read the other day that someone used a large rubber washer between the handle and what ever is behind the handle..

it rattles because they are lose......check it out.......i can't figure out how to get the handle off , as soon as i do i'll be using a rubber washer too

I used the washer. It is on the outside handle, just slipped over it. To cure the rest of my rattle problems, I used weather sttipping around the seal of the window to tighten it up, and also 2 layers of dynyamat on the tailgate. Now I can turn my system up all the way and there is no noise whatsoever from the tailgate. And my system slams, too. Check my sig for pics of it.

thanks a lot for the replies, i think ill try the washer thing on the handle, that may help. what size washer will i need and where can i get it? tahnks a lot

I just found it lying around the house :D I have tons of junk... Uhm, I would check out Home Depot/Lowes/Builder's Square, they will probably have what you need. It just needs to have a large enough internal diameter to fit in the notch that separates the rectanglular part of the handle that attaches to the tailgate and the part of the handle that you grasp and turn to open the glass or tailgate. That is what causes most of the external rattling - the two parts of the handle rattling against each other. I guess if you cannot find a washer, a rubber band or even a piece of string would probably work. Basically, anything that can fill that notch between the two parts of the handle.

2.3 kilowatt system?
what the duce?!
you running a small city too!? hehhehehe]
just kidding looks very nice!!

:D Haha I just thought it would be funny to see what kind of response I got from writing "2.3 Kilowatt" instead of "2300 Watt".
