Ugh...I'm stumped and hope someone here might have a solution. Not blowing cold any zones, last summer the ac sometimes cut out the last couple times it was used.

After MANY hours of research I hooked up my set of gauges and verified there was great pressure in the 134a system, good high/lows and equalize with engine off. I purchased a OBDLink-MX+/Forscan Lite and have run all tests I could find pertaining to the AC side(no errors), reset both HVAC & PCM modules. After all sensors pass muster the A/C Compressor turns on(visually verified) when asked to. All heat blending/zone controls work and doesn't appear to be the usual suspects. I think the key hint is that the rear vents do NOT cool either.

Cant find anything on forums/youtube/searches so really looking for some help with this one!!

You could have a plugged or partially plugged orifice tube. Are you sure the blend doors are fully operational? When was the last time you changed the cabin air filter(if you have one)? Does the AC clutch stay on for a period of time or does it engage then disengage quickly?

Yes, I removed the glove box and felt activation (and cabin blower change) of both recirc and blend door motors.
Yes, the cabin air filter was changed last year but tested again with it removed.
The AC clutch comes on when the AC control is turned on and stays on until turned off. (verified with forscan)

Note- there is a "hissing" sound coming from the glove box area when the AC button is activated and goes away when the AC button is de-activated

What were the actual pressures and under what ambient conditions.

How long does it take for the low and high side pressures to equalize after the system is shut off?

I will test it this weekend when its close to 60deg out so my info isnt from memory
