With a 2000 Ranger you'll have an A-Arm setup, not the TTB. There's a few companies out there that make "cups" for the 98+ A-Arm Rangers. Here's a picture of the ones from Suicide Doors:
These will mount in place of your coil springs and you'll have weld new shocks mounts. For the back, you'll probably want to look into a link set up to get rid of the leaf springs if you want to get any kind of articulation.
