Is he responding now? I was ready to order a custom chip from him over a year ago. I sent several e-mails, and I have yet to hear back from him, 14 months later.

Doug is so backlogged with e mail its unreal. The best way to get him is by phone; I have never had any trouble reaching him ( talked with him this afternoon ).
