Battery died and wont start

I drained my battery 2004 explorer . I charged the battery. Now truck wont start and none of my interior lights are working. My PATS light flashes quickly when I tried to turn the truck over. But none of the fuses in my fuse box are blown. Please help

Drained batteries often die.
From home, all you can do is test the surface charge. Put a load on it and it'll most likely go from 12.7 to 1.4.

Take it to a parts store and have it load tested.

Thanks I went down and tested the battery and it failed cca. standard was 650 but test showed 462 cca. So I bought a new battery and it still is not turning over at all.
